COVID-19 Safety Information

The safety of our supporters, volunteers, staff, and families is of the utmost importance and we will be following all CDC guidelines and protocols to ensure that we are in accordance with all COVID-19 rules and regulations. A few things you can expect for everyone’s safety include:

  • Golfers will be responsible for handling their own golf bags
  • Face coverings (i.e. masks or shields) will be required to be worn by golfers in all common areas and when coming and going. TLC will provide masks for those who don’t arrive with one
  • Mandatory temperature checks will be required for all golfers upon arrival
  • Sanitizing stations will be available at all contact locations and in golf carts
  • Please maintain social distancing throughout the day
  • Be sure to cover your mouth if you sneeze or cough and wash or sanitize hands thoroughly
  • Scramble format with staggered tee times, foursomes will be assigned a tee time in advance
  • Golfers to arrive no earlier than 45 minutes prior to their tee times to help avoid large groups of people
  • Carts will be double-riders with plexiglass dividers, but single rider is available upon request.
  • A signed COVID-19 waiver will be required for all golfers, vendors, volunteers and staff
  • Credit cards will be required to swipe at registration to pay for on-course fundraising
  • Winners of tournament and all contests will be notified via email post-event and prizes will be delivered at a later date (unless format is switched to Shotgun, as there will be an awards ceremony following golf)
